Grants

This year, the P.W. Sprague Memorial Foundation is providing gifts totaling $194,000 to 47 deserving non-profit organizations who serve our Maine communities. We have supported many of these organization in the past and are pleased to add 11 new organizations (marked with an asterisk), thanks to the sponsorship of Sprague family members.

It is the goal of the Trustees to give to four general categories: arts & culture, education, environmental & agricultural preservation, and social services. Organizations who received gifts are grouped into those categories in the list below.
